How often do I need to book my sessions?

Although weekly therapy is often considered the most effective, some people may benefit from bi-weekly, monthly, or every-three-week sessions, depending on their needs and personal goals

Weekly Sessions

Weekly therapy is widely recognized as the most effective option because it allows you to:

  • Build a strong and consistent therapeutic relationship

  • Address issues continuously and in real time

  • Monitor progress in greater detail

Bi-Weekly Sessions

Bi-weekly therapy can be a good option for those who:

  • Seek a balance between ongoing support and time to reflect and apply strategies

  • Have more flexible schedules or moderate commitments

Every-Three-Week Sessions

Monthly Session

Monthly sessions may be sufficient for people who:

  • Have achieved significant changes in their therapeutic process and want to maintain progress

  • Prefer to use sessions as a space to review advances and receive occasional guidance

  • Want a more spaced-out approach to reflect and grow at their own pace

Therapy with me is a collaborative, empowering process. I meet you exactly where you are, and we move at your pace.
