Hi, I’m Magalie (she/her), a Vancouver-based Registered Therapeutic Counsellor offering virtual counselling and coaching in both English and Spanish.

Life can be overwhelming. Whether you're navigating grief, major transitions, burnout, or challenging relationships, it’s easy to feel stuck, disconnected, or filled with self-doubt. When these moments arise, they can impact your confidence, your relationships, and your overall sense of well-being.

My Practice

My Counselling Approach

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). I hold a diploma in Professional Counselling and in Wellness Counselling, and I am a certified Life Skills Coach from Rhodes Wellness College. Additionally, I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, having graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I also hold a degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that you already carry the wisdom you need to heal. I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities to tailor each session to your specific needs, including:

With a background in holistic wellness and coaching, I integrate approaches that support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Whether we're exploring how ADHD impacts your ability to regulate emotions, unpacking layers of complex grief, or setting boundaries in high-conflict relationships, I’ll meet you where you are with curiosity and care.
